The foundation of Bergakademie Freiberg was the outcome of the well-established Freiberg teaching tradition in mining. THE HAVER SCREENING GROUP (HSG) is a cooperation alliance comprising the H&B Machinery Division Münster, Germany and both subsidiary companies W.S. TYLER, Canada and H&B Latinoamericana, Brazil.

HSG is a global provider of innovative systems for mineral processing technology with years of experience in the material screening process:

HEM and HSG operate an analytical laboratory and a R&D Center that is equipped with the most advanced screening technology for characterizing and classifying input materials in the dry and wet sectors. To round out process simulation and to conduct long-term studies, the input material can also be run through the complete cycle repeatedly.
